Enroll Students in Archived Classes!

We know that just because a session has technically ended doesn't mean your admin work is finished. Whether it's a student doing a late makeup class or a last-minute registration you need to tuck into a past session, you need the flexibility to move students where they belong without cluttering your Parent Portal.
What's New
Studio owners and staff can now enroll students into archived classes directly through the Studio Portal. This keeps your Parent Portal tidy and focused on current classes, while giving you the master key to manage your history behind the scenes.
How to Use

Find Your Archived Classes — Navigate to the Classes tab and select the Archived Classes filter.

Select the Class — Find the specific past class you need and click Enroll Student in Class.

Enroll as Normal — Select the student and proceed through the enrollment steps just like a regular class.

Track with Clarity — The student will now show as enrolled, and the class will be clearly marked as "Archived" on their profile so you always know its status at a glance.
This update is all about giving you the administrative flexibility you need to keep your records accurate without the "un-archive" shuffle!
