Introducing Refund Notes!

Ever looked back at a refund from three months ago and wondered exactly why it was issued? We know how important clear record-keeping is for your studio's finances, and "mystery" refunds are a headache you don't need.

What's New

You can now add a specific note to every refund you process in Enrollio. Whether it was a duplicate charge, a special student circumstance, or a cancelled class, you can now document the "why" right when you issue the money back.

How to Use

  1. Find the Transaction — Go to a student's profile and select the Payments tab.

  2. Issue Refund — Click the Refund button on a specific charge.

  3. Leave a Note — Choose full or partial refund and type your reason in the new "Reason / Note" field.

  4. View Later — You can now see these notes directly in the "Note" column of the student's transaction history at any time.


This update is all about making your end-of-month reconciliation faster and more transparent!
