We know the "last month of class" can sometimes be a headache when it comes to billing, especially with 30-day withdrawal policies. What if you could secure that final payment the very moment a student signs up? Now, you can!
What's New
You can now automatically collect the final month of tuition right at registration. This works for all of your ongoing classes, ensuring that your season is paid for from start to finish without you having to lift a finger later on.
How to Use
- Head to Settings — Navigate to Settings and select Sessions.
- Edit Your Session — Click the pencil icon to edit an existing session (or create a new one).
- Toggle it On — Switch on the toggle that says "Charge last month tuition at checkout."
- Save — Click update, and every ongoing class in that session will now include the last month's tuition in the initial checkout total.
This update is designed to give you peace of mind and better cash flow from day one!
