Never Guess Again: Full Visibility into Every Email Sent!

Have you ever wondered if a parent actually received their registration confirmation or if an invoice reminder was sent? We know how frustrating it is to feel "in the dark" about your studio's automated communications. Today, we're turning the lights on!

What's New

You now have a "Sent Folder" for your entire studio. You can see every single email Enrollio sends to your families and staff, check if it was delivered, and even preview the exact message they saw. Plus, these emails now show up directly in the parent's conversation history in your CRM!

How to Use

  1. View All Sent Mail — Click the new Outgoing Emails tab at the top of your Studio Portal.

  2. Filter & Search — Use the filters to find specific email types, delivery statuses, or date ranges.

  3. Check the CRM — Open any Contact and look under Conversations to see their specific email history.

  4. Take Control — Go to Settings > Email Settings to toggle exactly which automated emails you want our system to send on your behalf.


This update is all about giving you total confidence in your studio's communication.
